In pursuit of our vision, we are searching for Software Engineers with Spring Boot experience, based in Zurich or Bern with the flexibility of Home Office.  

Your impact at TWINT:  

• Take technical responsibility from conception to implementation and operations, ensuring high-quality outcomes  

• Enable your teammates during sprints and facilitate continuous improvement within the team  

• Strong focus on clean code and active participation in code reviews 

• Support in analyzing complex problems, managing incidents in cooperation with our partners, and in developing sustainable solutions  

• Work on the continuous enhancement of our platform  

Your Profile: 

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field — or equivalent practical experience 

• Strong hands-on experience in software engineering within complex business and technical environments 

• Proficient in Java or Kotlin, with solid Spring Boot experience 

• Skilled in testing with JUnit, Mockito, and Testcontainers 

• Strong grasp of RESTful APIs, OpenAPI/Swagger 

• Familiar with SQL, JPA/Hibernate, Gradle, and Git 

• Solid understanding of Agile and DevSecOps practices 

• Experience in performance monitoring, log analysis, and optimization 

• Experience with hexagonal architecture, Kafka, Docker, Kubernetes is beneficial

• Familiarity with GitHub Actions for CI/CD is a plus 

• Ideally exposure to Kibana, Datadog, AppDynamics, or Grafana for monitoring and optimization 

• Willingness to occasionally take part in on-call duties (mainly during releases)

• Independent, reliable, and collaborative team player 

• Fluent in English; German is a plus
