As Head of Marketplace & New Business, you will lead the strategic development of TWINT’s marketplace for value-added services. You’ll shape the roadmap for loyalty, couponing, and partner-driven use case innovations — and build the partnerships and internal capabilities to bring them to life.

Your Impact:

Strategic Vision & Ecosystem Growth

  • Define and evolve the strategic direction of TWINT’s Marketplace — with a focus on partner-driven use case integrations and merchant-centric services like loyalty, couponing, and branded experiences

  • Translate market trends and user insights into scalable business models and platform features

  • Represent Marketplace in company-wide strategic initiatives and leadership forums

Innovation & Business Development

  • Identify and validate new business opportunities through structured scouting, experimentation, and co-creation with partners

  • Lead strategic initiatives such as new use-case and tool implementations

  • Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within your team and across TWINT

Partnerships & Commercial Strategy

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with national and international players in fintech, retail, loyalty, and digital commerce

  • Negotiate commercial frameworks and ensure long-term value creation for all stakeholders.

  • Collaborate closely with product, legal, and marketing to bring new services to market

Financial & Operational Leadership

  • Own the financial planning and performance management of the Marketplace business

  • Drive cost efficiency, resource planning, and operational excellence across all initiatives

  • Ensure transparency and accountability through regular KPI reviews and reporting

Team Empowerment & Leadership

  • Lead and grow a diverse team of business developers, partnership managers, and innovation specialists

  • Create an inclusive, purpose-driven team culture that values collaboration, creativity, and impact

  • Mentor and support team members in their professional development and goal achievement

Your Profile:

  • A degree in Business, Economics, Innovation Management, or a related field

  • Several years of leadership experience in digital business development, platform strategy, or ecosystem innovation — ideally in fintech, e-commerce, loyalty, or digital marketing

  • Proven success in launching and scaling digital services or platforms in partnership with external stakeholders

  • Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, empowering, and inclusive management style

  • Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capabilities and a passion for customer-centric innovation

  • Excellent communication skills in English, good German skills; French is a plus
