In this role, you will join our Business Analytics team on a fixed-term basis for six months. It’s the perfect opportunity if you’re currently studying or have recently graduated in a STEM field and want to apply your data analysis and BI skills to real-world business challenges. You’ll work alongside experienced analysts and collaborate with different teams across TWINT to turn data into actionable insights, build and maintain dashboards, and help drive data-informed decisions across the company.
Your impact at TWINT:
Support ad hoc business analysis and regular reporting
Assist in creating and maintaining dashboards and reports using modern BI tools (e.g. Oracle Analytics, Power BI) as well as Excel and PowerPoint
Collaborate with the Strategic Business Insights & Planning team during internal meetings and presentations
Work with stakeholders to understand data needs and deliver clear, insightful solutions
Help improve internal reporting processes and documentation
Your Profile:
Studies in a STEM field (e.g. Computing, Mathematics, Business Informatics, Economics, Marketing Analytics or similar) - completed, close to graduation or currently in the final phase of your studies
Strong analytical mindset and curiosity for solving problems with data
Familiarity with data analysis concepts, methods, and tools (e.g. Excel, SQL, BI tools) and motivation to build on these skills
Ability to communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
Collaborative mindset and willingness to work closely with different teams
Fluent English (spoken and written); German is a plus
