As a Cyber Security Officer, you will be part of a multidisciplinary team reporting to the CISO, working closely with the Security team, the IT organization, as well as the Legal and Compliance department to ensure that TWINT payments and TWINT data are protected according to the highest security standards.
Your impact at TWINT:
- Support the CISO team with security risk assessments of IT and business projects
- Consult with IT and business to improve current controls and identify mitigating measures
- Improve the third-party vendor security risk and outsourced development governance
- Cooperate with internal stakeholders and partners of the TWINT ecosystem
- Support with the development, review and update of information security policies, standards and guidelines to align with the industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Stay current with emerging security trends and technologies, sharing insights and best practices with the team
Job requirements
Your Profile:
- Bachelor’s or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security or similar is a plus
- Security certificates such as CISSP, CISA, CISM, CCSP, Microsoft SC-200, etc. are a big plus
- At least 4 years of experience in an information or cyber security role
- Demonstrated experience in conducting comprehensive security risk assessments, incl. identification, analysis, and evaluation of security risks
- Strong understanding of ISMS requirements, such as security control development and continuous improvement processes
- Very good understanding of security technologies (for example cloud security)
- Ability to work in an independent and well-structured manner to manage priorities
- Great team player who enjoys working in a diverse team environment and who is not shy to lend a hand
- Ability to work effectively within a team and collaboratively achieve goals
- Enthusiastic about embracing new challenges and committed to continuous personal and professional growth
- Experience with communicating to senior stakeholders in board and steering committee meetings
- Very good communication skills in English; at least basic German skills are strongly recommended
