Your impact at TWINT:
- Automating different types of tests on multiple test levels
- Streamlining our testing and deployment processes to better facilitate planning of the testing rounds
- Working alongside cross functional engineering teams to deliver best in class automation solutions within our organization
- Being a part of the centralized automation team and collaborate with the Acceptance Testing Team
- Developing and maintaining test frameworks, including test data management, reporting, and parallelization
- Writing and maintaining automation scripts (using Bash or Python) to enhance efficiency in daily tasks
- Building and optimizing CI/CD pipelines using pipeline-as-code solutions (e.g., Jenkins, GoCD, or GitLab)
Job requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, with a strong emphasis on software engineering, or a comparable educational background
- At least three years of professional experience in test design and automation, encompassing various test types and levels
- Proven track of building and maintaining test frameworks (test data management, reporting, parallelization)
- A solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles and practical experience in coding using an Object-Oriented Language, preferably Java
- Hands-on experience with building pipelines using pipeline as a code (Jenkins, GoCD, or GitLab)
- Proficient in writing scripts making day-to-day job more efficient (bash or Python)
- Knowledge of contemporary DevOps practices, coupled with practical experience in containerization and container orchestration using tools such as Podman, Docker, and Kubernetes
- A strong attention to detail, with the ability to identify and rectify errors in a timely and accurate manner
- Can-do attitude, not afraid to take a risk or question a status quo
- Very good English language skills; German language skills are highly beneficial
